Today ounces of silver are selling ($34.01/oz) proportionally to ounces of gold ($3,142.2O/oz) at a rate of 92 oz of silver to every 1 oz of gold.
If silver is to be valued at 15 to 1 with gold either of the following would occur.
Silver would increase in value from $34/troy oz to 🔥$209/troy oz (1/15 the value of Gold which is currently $3142.20/oz)
OR
GOLD would decrease from $3142.20/oz to [15x the value of silver ($34.01/oz) ], and be valued at $510.15/oz
Within the Coinage Act of 1792 I found the following:

And be it further enacted, That the proportional VALUE of GOLD to SILVER in all coins which shall by law be current as money within the United States, shall be as FIFTEEN to ONE, according to quantity in weight, of pure gold or pure silver; that is to say, every fifteen pounds weight of pure silver shall be of equal value in all payments, with one pound weight of pure gold, and so in proportion as to any greater or less quantities of the respective

i have been seeing where it is "known" that humans or beings know how to create gold. if this is possible (all ive seen is supposition) then silver would rise above gold as gold can be made. silver cannot and has more purpose. but we shall see. whatever is in our future is so exciting..

I have no expertise in bullion so no telling what is going to happen. I have heard for years that silver's true value is suppressed. It would seem that silver is going to increase in value.
