Judge Boasberg, who has waged warfare against President Trump’s immigration policy…had expressly forbade President Trump from targeting those types of illegals for deportation -- using
the “Alien Enemies Act” to deport the illegal criminals allowed in under the Biden regime.

So, President Trump didn’t use that law; he simply juked, stiff armed, and did an end-around… and used a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LAW.

The White House used a different legal authority, their Title 8 immigration authority, to remove these illegals; effectively sidestepping the Boasberg’s attempted block.
