Big part of that astonishing fact is THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN REMOVED FROM POWER IN THEIR LIVES or IN COUNTLESS OF THEIR GENERATIONS BEFORE THEM, EITHER...so some of them think themselves as untouchable and WAAAY above the LAW.
