For these same people that have been responsible for the absolute decline of cities and states, year after year, are reelected year after year? That seems very unlikely without Voter Fraud being involved. People are stupid. But not THAT stupid, and not that MANY are THAT stupid. Unless it's how Ballot Harvesting works.
