It sounds like this ms13 gang can be compared to blood thirsty animals. What happens to blood thirsty animals? Do we keep them in cages and try to rehabilitate them?

I won't get into it,but the horrific violence and other Evil things they do to move up their gang structure are the kinds of things normal people cannot even remotely comprehend. This level of horrific violence is also rampant in Satanism.

Anna, we don't know if we are dealing with genetically modified, cloned humans (produced out of DUMBs), demonically possessed Humans, clones that contain another entity, Vril droned Humans, Non-Human entities that look Human, Non-Terrestrials who simply look Human...
at this point NOTHING would surprise me, but it is almost guaranteed whatever these kind of hyper-violent offenders (just like the ISIS faction that beheaded 70 people in Congo) are mostly SOUL-LESS, devoid of empathy & conscience - which tells me - not Human.

In one video where the independent reporter is allowed access to interior CECOT Prison, the prisoners are only allowed to go into the center hallway of the facility for exercise for limited times & VERY FEW attend Bible Study. Those attending Bible Study, can they be saved? This tells me that perhaps those prisoners' Souls were not entirely lost & perhaps can be saved, but they still cannot be allowed back in contact with society.

Regarding jailhouse conversions...I am sad to report I am skeptical and maybe jaded. As someone who has worked in a prison chaplain's office/prison ministry, I got to see some great theatrics in that regard. Their conversions seem to last till they get out the door. That particular prison had a 97% recidivism rate.😩
Maybe God is the only one who can/should sort them.

Speaking of Theatrics, Linda Paris has done a lot of research on Vril. She says they love to sing and dance and especially, to act, and they will do absolutely anything to stay in their host body. They are by dark nature "actors" because they have to convince everyone they are the same "person" in that body they just snatched. So they can play any Role at all, probably can play a reformed prison inmate pretty convincingly.
