These energies are on blast. The frequencies have gotten louder over the past few days. Had the pleasure of being in the sun yesterday. While the body was able to feel more comfortable/rested during sleep the dreamstate theme was highlighting emotional energy and the willingness/responsibility in noticing where we-are at with ourselves, while simultaneously putting our skills to good use either through action/non-action.
