DOGE can't track CASH transactions, unless the purchaser has a store account, typically connected to their phone number, or a store credit card, that they may use to make the purchase, perhaps to get a discount, or earn store "cash" or points, then turn around and pay off the balance with cash. At that point, it's too late, the transaction details are already recorded. So, if you spend $ that you don't want tracked, make it a straight, cash payment, with no identifiers to yourself!!
