Patriots, there are many reasons why Income Tax is unlawful, such as:

The 16th Amendment was never fully Ratified (approved by 2 States only), and
Only those residing within the 10 Sq. Mile District of Columbia were ever subject to income taxation, and
US Tax Code Subchapter N, Section 861 only applies to certain types of international business, and
There is NO LAW on the books requiring the payment of Income Tax, and
IRS has testified to Congress under Oath that payment of Income Tax is "voluntary"...

but the biggest reason of all is that the IRS, the FEDERAL RESERVE, and the USA INC. corporation of DC were massive FRAUDS COMMITTED AGAINST THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. (Their creation were all Acts of Treason.)
