Sodas, even so called healthy ones, turned two of my friends into diabetics, then got heart disease from the meds., both are now on their death beds, I tried to warn them about sodas and other foods.

Like most people I drank lots of soft drinks during childhood and that's not what made me sick in my 30's and afterwards. I'm 66 now. With many aches and conditions.
But...
No vaccines at all since the mandatory few ones at 6. Had one for tetanos a long time ago and even those I don't trust now. Essential oils and silver are my go to. Plus good food and water.
