This very important precedent of Law has been accepted for 147 years even by the Admiralty Courts of the Crown & BAR Association, let alone the Common Law courts of the time, so there is no principle of Law which the IRS or the Federal Government can stand on to collect Income Tax, because it was FRAUD. To "vitiate" means to invalidate, and this precedent applies from the moment the fraud first occurred, in this case 1913.
That is in addition to the fact that THERE IS NO LAW IN AMERICA REQUIRING THE PAYMENT OF INCOME TAXES. Period.
The Law doesn't exist.
Then, when money was taken under such a fraud, that's when it becomes CRIMINAL FRAUD - when the "victim" is separated from their money.
Criminals cannot keep the money they stole, BTW.
The entire Income Tax Collection Scheme of the Federal Reserve/IRS was EXTORTION, because the threat of being arrested & imprisoned was real.

From a standpoint of Fraud the States IMO are operating as foreign-owned corporations posing as "government", depriving the American People of property, wealth and trespassing upon our In-A-Lienable rights, which is in and of itself a felony. That is my opinion, and I encourage everyone to do their own research and come to their own well informed conclusions.
