As I understand it, Pelosi and all other DS politicians have already been arrested, tried, and either executed, serving life sentences, or, having made a deal, playing a role for the White Hats. I believe what we're seeing is those playing roles, body doubles (like Obama, Harris), clones, and CGI. The White Hats have already won the war and are just now gradually disclosing everything, carefully dripping it out in order to prevent civil war. Just my perspective.
