I believe they've all already been arrested, tried, and either executed, serving life sentences, or, having made a deal, are playing a role for the White Hats. I don't think we want to dump these people on other countries. They'll just keep doing what they're doing there. This cleanup is not just in the US. It's a worldwide operation. These people need to be arrested, tried, and receive whatever punishment is appropriate. The vast majority will be executed for treason and crimes against humanity. As I understand it, that's already been happening over the part few years.
