Paradise ain't cheap. '82-'96. Little to no middle class housing. Overregulation on building and permitting. Hurricanes seem to all be big ones now but give you plenty of time to track. Unlike a tornado 🫤 Beautiful weather beautiful waters ocean side and back country.
Not like it used to be though. Those that were there see the decline. Those that have never been still are amazed. Waters are clear but live corals are mostly done. Tragedy of the Commons applicable to the commercial fisheries. Spent my time in the lower keys.from 7 mile bridge to key West. Not so much upper keys.
