I ask because his report sounds extremely familiar to a years-old report on geoengineering.
In fact, the report I saw was from 2013.
We have been noticing and recognizing the geoengineering of the skies since 1995.
In 2012, we held local hearings on such, however, there were hearings well before 2012 in other locales.
I think the 'geniuses' at Harvard announced a new scientific development that could potentially wipe out sun rays in 2013., however, just as Big Harma does, they extolled the virtues of their discovery much more than disclosing the dangers.
