That is a good idea. Something they should include for people working in other countries might be passes to go through customs and other ports of entry or transportation costs so they are not forced to pay bribe money on top of fees already paid. If they did not have to carry all that cash for those types of extra, then maybe a bus would not get pulled over and raided if people did not have anything valuable on them (no incentive). If they are working in country and someone steals a computer or a phone or a credit card it can eventually be traced; when valuables or cash are stolen it makes it difficult to trace and puts people at risk.
