From what I found, this term is actually the chemical name of WATER and has been perpetrated as a hoax for a long time……..”in efforts to encourage scientific literacy, common sense, and the value of being skeptical in questioning alleged information!” A daunting undertaking, given all that has been thrown at us! STILL, ……what the hell is being sprayed into our otherwise beautiful blue skies and by who?
Who is paying for it?
Obviously if it's being paid for by USAID they haven't cut that payments yet. Sprayed so often here, it's seldom to see clear blue skies.
