Perhaps you now understand how so many parents are so upset over School Boards that allow trans porn in schools. The corruption started from within by allowing pay to play in teacher certification.

In other words paedos and otherwise unqualified pervs were let loose in classrooms because they bought (didn't earn) their certification. Is this why the corruption seems to be nationwide, and not just Texas?
