YES 💯.
COVERT means we aren't meant to see it and we WON'T see it. Element of Surprise is a formidable advantage in Warfare, and it is VERY IMPORTANT that the Public is not panicked, because the Enemy would take advantage of that and that would result in increased civilian casualties.
Our Warriors put themselves at greater risk in Covert Operations much of the time, and they are doing that to protect innocent lives of civilians.
That's why I get irritated when some whine & snivel "Nothing is happening", because lots is happening and our Warriors are risking their all so all can be free and WE AREN'T SUPPOSED TO SEE THEIR OPERATIONS.
