Does anyone remember the name of that movie where people on the street stop in their tracks and get phone notifications letting them know they had large sums of money in their ban accounts.... it is an old movie...

I think it was scene from Mr Robot. A story of a genius hacker with emotional problems that made him a bit unstable but did good things agains bad people.
