It is true, my husband's school is top heavy, with not enough teachers.

Instead of making more bureaucracy, and paying admin staff, they should have refuced bureaucracy, and paid teachers more with the savings.

Its a Title 1 school in a depressed area, so it is harder to attract good staff, so, even more crucial to pay well, and, stopp nibbling good staff with stupidity.

The entire system, has forgotten, you need students and staff without THEM, you have nothing but buildibgs with psoer pushers - admin are there to SERVE them, not RULE them.

Hubs retires in May, thank God, so we won't have to deal with the frustration any more...
