Has anyone decoded that yet?
The date is different of that from Trump's WH publication, but it refers to this Executive Order that gives POTUS, in coordination with the Treasury (which is now in control of the FED), and the DOJ to seize the monetary assets of any individual involved in human rights abuse or corruption.
