Sorry, I just had PTSD about being at my local Social Security office.
First time, a Hispanic clerk accused me of fraud bc I looked too young to apply.
When a friend came with me for moral support; she had to get up and leave bc she couldn't take it that they were giving me such a bad time.
Another time they steadfastly would not grant my name be changed to my married name but when I finally yelled at them, a director came out and said, "Give her what she wants!"
The worst was they lied on their return answer to my paperwork which prevented my getting help. A disability lawyer couldn't help bc of the huge backlog of cases in my county.
Later I was told forget it, if you're white in my state.
Upon reflection, I'm blessed with friends and family who helped me.
Makes me think that many different people have probably been targeted due to unfair Social Security state 'laws' and biased clerks.
All due respect to Kat and ol_cowboy, we do not deserve public humiliation at this stage, especially not because some evil and some grifters keep stealing. SS is hard, humiliating enough without adding this layer of difficulty. They need to find another way because there are way too many disabled and isolated elderly to make them do this very hard thing.
I agree. And since this supposed DOGE statement helped me to remember the humiliation I experienced, I have remembered things my mother would say about how she was mistreated.
l now realize that seniors are probably the most forgotten people.
Oh my dear Lord, I also just remembered a few elderly patients who told me about the abuse they were suffering - at the hands of their children.
I couldn't do anything for them. Horrible, horrible situations.
I hope we do wind up in a world that is only about love.
(And I would like to stop remembering, but maybe there's a reason)
Another thing: I think that when we sign up for social security, we must do it in person- don't know if that changed, but I've had time to think, and it does appear that DOGE is trying to solve the theft within social security.
They need our brains or at least some other SENIORS on the job, yes?

We see so much suffering but how is it for Seniors? Too many have been under Social Security's yoke. We work 40-50 years, turn 65, then get poorer and poorer as we get older and older.
Prices keep rising, we need increasing medical care, with costly co-pays and some are even out-of-pocket. The longer we live, the worse it gets. Social Security charges recipients 174.00 per month for Medicare insurance, right out of our checks. 348.00 for couples. Seniors have day-to-day anxiety about our future. How much will DOGE fix?
Concerned, because DOGE folks are too young to have walked a mile in our shoes. Unless they're empaths, they may not realize the depth of Seniors' suffering.
Patients would say, "You don't get it - until you get it." That well applies to Seniors.
It will be glorious, hoping for no more anxiety.

Like hello! Promising me that I don't have to pay taxes on my SS is downright silly because my income is so low I don't have to pay IRS.
Also bc I don't have the means to even pay for some necessities I keep my debt LOW!
Indeed, I need my credit card to pay my property taxes and would be lost without a credit balance.
I'm careful, have negligible debt, other than what I owe my family, so when Trump says all debt will be canceled actually, I say, "So what, that does not help me."
They don't get it how some of us barely exist.

Personally, I think much of NESARA boils down to those CQV Trust Accounts that were at IMF based on our Birth Certificates (were they moved to Social Security?), PLUS refunds incoming of all income taxes (and property taxes) PLUS refunds of all banking interest we paid in our lives...IT WAS ALL FRAUD.
