parents also have to own up to their responsibilities toward their children and school work...alot of these kids are into too many after school things...alot of these kids are being raised by "kids"...by grandparents that are tired...(these school districts need to help them)...kids being raised by parents who put themselves first..not the kids....by parents who have the children running the house ....it takes work to get these kids through school.
This can be a good use for all that extra money and time they will have for meaningful purposes.
