This is soo true, very hard to do when you are surrounded by the wrong energy people who keep trying to trigger you. I always resort to going within, this is my only solace right now until I truly get myself healthy in emotions and surrounded by the right people. Narcissist husband and son, due to addictions to alcohol and drugs and some family unbringing, but will get there totally due to my faith in my God that’s always with me. Just got to get to the last phase of releasing all fear and truly surrender to his Will and all will be ok.
