It’s a clear effort by these judges to ‘slow role’
this President’s agenda.
Look at the injunctions:
-DEPORTING FOREIGN TERRORISTS from our homeland
-Hiring & Firing Executive Branch employees
when the President IS the Executive of the Exec Branch.
-An injunction by a partisan activist judge
when it comes to the Sec of Def trying to determine
the readiness of our troops & the qualifications of our troops..
Does a single district court judge really have more authority
over the CiC & Sec of Def to determine who should serve?
Absolutely not..
He respects CJ Roberts overall,
but it’s clear SCOTUS needs to reign in these judges
who are acting as partisan activists 💪
