I do not believe hyper-violent criminals are Human.
That is my Opinion & I stand by it until DNA tests are performed & publicly released proving otherwise.

I do not think you have a good grasp on how this system is created and works. Just like they are currently stealing the youth in the Ukraine and forcing them to fight, they steal a lot of these individuals in the same way and force them to fight. Same as they do with child soldiers--they drive up and take them and start them on drugs and force them to do things. While I suspect they have augmented or created some genetic hybrids, the majority of these are people that live in poor countries with little opportunity that are forced and sold into a dangerous industry to serve people who fancy themselves chosen to be the elite.

I have seen what I consider credible videos of Ukrainian soldiers cooking and eating the flesh of dead Russian soldiers.
That is a non-human Hybrid.
I also know all about Child Soldiers being forced to fight and that is NOT what goes out and sacrifices a child or infant in a blood ritual to make sure their next crime is "blessed" by Satan as MS13 was doing.
I believe what you describe goes on but I think a lot of the people doing those blessings and sacrifices originated as humans and through various routes (sold, forced, picked up off the street, etc.) ended up in those situations. It is possible and probably likely there are also clones. The one thing we both can probably agree on is that it is a hot mess.

By the way the video I mentioned about Ukrainian Soldiers taking the dead bodies of Russian Soldiers and cooking and eating the human flesh was posted years ago by a USN Retired, USMC Veteran of a very distinguished Military Career who I respect immensely and who probably has seen Evil in person that you and I can't even comprehend.

I understand what you are saying and suspect there are some true things in those accounts; there is also evidence that during periods of starvation some populations adopted cannibalism including in those regions to survive. Then there is the genetic engineering and black ops programs and the things that go on in prisons and people joining gangs in there for survival, so a lot to sort out.

I think we been lied to about everything in our World, that our educations were indoctrination, & that Humanity has been DEMOCIDED (near total kill-off RESETS) several times in our history, that we as Humans are a Harvest Crop, grown, harvested & consumed as food by adrenochrome addicted MONSTERS, & that we are mass-mind controlled to not comprehend that our World was controlled by those same MONSTERS that eat Human flesh, rape & kill our Children sometimes daily, drink Human blood to extend their pathetic & vile lives, and that do not look at all like us but have ways of either making us THINK they look Human through mind-control (just as William Tompkins disclosed much about these non-terrestrials & the SSPs) or that some species have the ability to Shape-Shift after consuming our DNA, other species simply have technology that hides their true appearance (cloaking) and just make them look Human while infiltrating our population with Clones & Hybrids.
