Having been involved with a Superfund remediation project and well familiar with the RICRA process, I would bring to the People's attention that the responsible parties of a chemical release and disposal has been dubbed "cradle to grave", but in practice has been from consumer to grave. The manufacturers, the real cradle, that sold their next new wonder product to all the industrial and agriculture sectors are never brought to the table to share in those remediation costs. My what an impact that would have.
