Tomorrow March 17 is St Patrick day. The Saint is mythically known for driving the snakes out of Ireland. However since Ireland is too cold for snakes this is probably metaphorical for driving pagans and witches out of Ireland.
Sounds about right. Tomorrow should be interesting.
