Guilt IMO has to do with KNOWLEDGE of what was really going on, and no, not all CPAs, not all Tax Attorneys, not all IRS Agents had knowledge of the Fraud. This Enemy uses Humanity pitted against each other by deception, so if they were deceived, they were not guilty of Fraud IMO - as long as they ceased collecting or attempting to collect unlawful taxes after the point of coming to that knowledge, because to continue after the fact...that is KNOWINGLY. Those who learned of the Fraud, ceased their collection activity, then blew the whistle are even bigger HERO in my book, because they knew they would be persecuted. We all were deceived, but once realizing the Truth it matters what one does next.

As far as what was taken from our deceased relatives, I say one step at a time.
