Almost appears as if DEI was installed to purposely sabotage private industry?

Look into the ESG rating. This is a rating given to corporations for their DEI programs. It is a way for non-governmental agencies to put a strangle hold on corporations. "Push this DEI initiative or else your company will recieve a bad rating which will drive down your stock price." I have worked in corporate America since 1994. The training I have to take on a regular basis now is insane. I am a white male and all the training indicates I am basically the cause of all problems. It is racists and sexist. Also lets not forget all of the rainbow supporting emails we receive on a monthly basis. Prior to Obama it was unacceptable to discuss any kind of sexual topic in the workplace. Now all this gay and trans bullshit is shoved down our throats. I find it unnecessary and disgusting. It has no place in a corporate environment.
