If we let the military solve the drug cartels at the border, we wouldn't need militarized local police departments. It attracts the wrong officer candidates (bullies), endangers the right ones (sheep dogs), gets innocent by-standers killed, and contributes to the culture of fear and dislike of law enforcement.

Obama pushing (artificially created) military surplus equipment and armored vehicles onto small and medium sized towns has created a culture of martial law by wanna be military departments. Soro's DA's are fueling the fire.
