"Charged"...for a meme!...people need to start "charging" police back! Put the corrupt names and faces of dirty cops and departments online blockchained for their "record" to be permanent and shown to the public. Send them a few letters in the mail every now and then...and stamp something on the letter with a red stamp. Don't let cops or judges violate you.
