Some personal friends of mine have been helping a man out fighting for his rights as a father to protect his child from the CV shot, his wife thinks otherwise. Flash forward and he has been in jail, and is facing 10 years in prison.
He had a Constitutional Lawyer that stepped in to help, only that Seattle (Wa.) you cant use Cont. Law in this court. WTF
Here is the lawyer on X

As of March 10, Kurt Benshoof, Medical Freedom fighter, jailed for having the ‘wrong’ views on Covid, remains in solitary confinement at King County Jail. A new trial began with King County prosecuting. Charges are alleged stalking and harassment of his ex, mother of his son, who has stripped him of his parental rights because he did not mask and objected to the mRNA EUA shot.
The trial is absurd. The prosecution has presented no substantial evidence—only a few phone calls texts in which Kurt repeatedly asks for access to his son. Attempts to serve ex with legal papers related to his custody lawsuits are framed as harassment by the courts - perhaps the courts would prefer a street fight!
Represented by the brilliant constitutional lawyer Robert Barnes, who only takes on cases that are compelling and involve clear constitutional issues. past clients, Ralph Nader, Alex Jones, and Wesley Snipes. , Barnes has described this case as the "nuttiest" he has ever handled.
