I have a different take on this. Some of these programs allow for tracking and targeting of vulnerable people. How do we get bagmen like HB? Are there people orchestrating these groups and setting these individuals with addictions or in recovery up? How about their children? What if you are a single mother and they are trying to manipulate you? This does goes on, I have mentioned there is a network before, but watch how they are trying to reframe it here:
