RFK Jr. Reveals the Shocking Reason Why Vaccine Makers Are Shielded from Liability

After getting hammered with lawsuits over the DTP vaccine, Wyeth (now Pfizer) went to President Reagan with a warning: give us legal protection, or we’ll stop making vaccines.

President Reagan asked Wyeth why they couldn’t make safer vaccines.

And Wyeth answered that they couldn’t because vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe.”

And that phrase—“unavoidably unsafe”—was written in the preamble of the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) in 1986 when Congress passed the law to protect vaccine manufacturers from injury lawsuits.

“And so, anybody who tells you vaccines are safe and effective, the industry itself got immunity from liability by convincing the President and Congress that vaccines are unavoidably unsafe,” revealed Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
