I read that claim is supposedly from a pro-Palestinian hacking group called 'Dark Storm'.
Would they have the capacity?
I really couldn't say...
But if I understand them correctly, going after elon is counter intuitive, unless they want some airtime before they really start on what they want to disrupt..
