Duh. Of course they must be removed (arrested)!. We are witnessing the fall out of nearly 40 years of the removal of civics and us government classes from our high schools. We don't and should not be generating new "bills, acts and EOs" of LAWs that already exist! It is a harmful precedence. Just enforce the freaking laws that exist and so many have died creating and defending since the beginning of this nation.
