I can relate -it's the twilight zone

OMG❗️Can I relate 100%👍🏼99% of the time I’m with myself I don’t hang with people I can’t, I just can’t listen or have useless conversations with people about drinking sports or not having anything in common with people anymore, I’m not that person anymore she’s gone for ever. Ones you’re AWAKE there’s no turning back. I’m so okay with that 😏I need to find like minded people and only online is where they are😟

Yes, there is no return to the matrix for us.

We are forever awake now.

It is a boon, and a bane, some days, more bane than boon, but the fleeting thought of, "I wish I had never become aware of all this", is just that - fleeting.

We are the stubborn ones.
We hate bullies.
We are defending the bullied - even those who do not realize they are being bullied... and those that seem to get pleasure from it.

We cannot sit and watch the bullies - we must act - we are compelled by our own sense of JUSTICE.

You know Carol, as I look back on my life, I have always tried to take down bullies and always had a deep pull to try to save those being bullied. 😌

I came at this from the other angle.

I was bullied when I was 8/9 because I was fat, my accent was not the same as everyone else, and, we lived in what then, would have been considered a 'fancy' house.

It went on for months, I was so miserable I got stomach ulsers.

One day, I snapped, I told her to meet me at the main gate.

The ENTIRE school turned out to watch. I knew, I had to strike fast, and make it count, I would not get another chance.

So I grabbed her by the tie (we wore uniforms), pulled her head forward then pushed her back to the floor, knelt on her chest, and used her hair to bang her head on the floor.

Unbeknownst to me, my 'posh' Granny form Edinburgh was visiting, and, had come down with my Mum to meet me from school.

They pulled me off my bully, then dragged me screaming to the headmasters office. Its a bit of a blurr from there...
