BREAKING: 🚨 USAID head Peter Marocco tells lawmakers he's eyeing potential criminal charges for foreign aid fraud.

The interim leader of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) informed congressional lawmakers on Wednesday that his team is preparing possible criminal referrals for individuals suspected of misusing taxpayer funds designated for foreign development programs.
