US seafood trade deficit is huge and aquaculture surpassed the exhausted and polluted wild fisheries total production years ago.! We need ethical farmers and fish farmers here. There is an ocean of brackish water under the southwest deserts and plenty of sunshine!! We don't need Chinese tilapia when we can grow shrimp, redfish, striped bass, coho etc... plus evaporated water would be freshwater put back into the hydrologic cycle.
