Also - once she realized that documents were being withheld, and that this is a well known pattern - sending a strongly worded letter is cowardice.

A real AG would have raided those offices the very night she figured out what was happening. And AGAIN since this keeps happening - should have been already prepared with a well armed strike team to raid the offices and seize the evidence.

Clearly we are being treated like we haven't seen this before.
