I think it has been worked on the entire time Biden has been in office! It was why Biden was not in the white house and had a studio to work from, a FAKE white house. Anyways, I wonder what work has been done, modified, changed, destroyed or whatever. Not sure we will ever know in our lifetimes, but it is what it is.
