looking for a total look see esp with places where there are associations and you pay an HOA fee . i know there will be some kind of changes taking place and it will eventually be a good thing..
Yes.. I don’t understand how HOAs are legal! They suck.. get rid of them as well!!

have been in several. some good. some aweful and resembling what we are seeing now in major politics.. funny thing is its usually the same type people who get in and launder the money in the same way. cook the books etc.. what we wanted was someone to do the lawn and want the place to look nice all the time. yeah its a control thing of which i did not realize until the past few years. but some people are complete slobs and i didnt want to live next door to 3 rusted cars in a drive way and can not do anything to change it type environment. but the way the docuements ar worded today are the problem. illegal legal lawyers doing corporate wants and needs.. hoping this governor can help.. and eventually get into the hoa dominated places to ease up on some of their messes they are making in the name of beauty.
