I was just looking over vitamins and then makeup on Amazon...

Amazon is NOT selling anything (out of stock) in either area.

I didn't have time to explore further, but I'd guess all the stock is being replaced with Amazon brands.

Remenber with the tariff System Bezos Pays way more for imports ,IF that country doesn't agree to Reciprocal Agreements.
