I was referred to a Neurologist after experiencing a migraine with blurred vision. She said, "Yes, it was most likely a migraine and not a stroke. Your cholesterol looks good, so we won't give you statins, but let's get it down to 70 through diet." I said, "Doesn't your brain need cholesterol?" She said, "Well, yes." That was my last appointment. My cholesterol is fine!
