Cincinnati VA Nuerology fills out the form for me to drive because the VA gave me seizures. I go to the University of Cincinnati Nuerology for care and prescription because the VA had me comatose and still took propofol to stop seizures. The head Nuerologist panicked because they don't see me and told BMV to have my primary doctor at VA do it. They are a general physician and know nothing about my seizures and can't. Atleast not at the VA. My license was suspended. I finally got my license till the middle of April till I can have my UC Nuerologist fill out my license form. I can't wait till they DOGE the VA!
