I believe that USA INC. debt was paid off from funds seized by our Military, also via the USA INC. Bankruptcy, and also via the important SCOTUS ruling that "fraud vitiates everything" 98 US 61 Supreme Court 1878, United States v. Throckmorton and that everything was handled by the Office of Military Settlements in 2016.
Let's see how this is all is revealed, but I am positive that the New American Republic (July 4, 2020) owes NO such debts to any Rothschild Internationalist Central Bankers whatsoever.
