IMO it was the IRS that committed the "Criminal Fraud" (THE CRIME) to separate the American People from their wealth & money, not THE FEDERAL RESERVE at the front. To file a 1040 is to be duped into a FRAUD SCHEME. That's why the IRS says "paying taxes is voluntary" - that's their attempt to cover for their CRIMINAL FRAUD.
