It was a brilliant way for Q-Team to throw the Enemy off. (Lt. Col Riccardo Bosi first pointed this out.) Deltas years in advance of the actual events. Informed us, but kept the Enemy disbelieving and continuing in their crimes so more evidence could be gathered.
