Yes the Jim Humble protocol advises starting with low doses to minimize any Herxheimer reaction.

I can tolerate 12 drops no problemo - but that took time.

The important thing is NOT TO STOP, but if the Herx is too much, then back off dosage but don't stop. Protocol 1000 is the norm.

I do 10 usually now and sometimes split them morning/night
I was dealing with mold toxicity. I had done other protocols that worked only somewhat. They never completely cured it.
So apparently I thought I was going to go into this protocol full force and it knocked me on my arse the second day.
Regardless the herxing was very well worth it, now 😂
I will say it is the best of any other protocol out there! It takes care of everything and anything.
